Service Description
The consultation is available for clients who would like a professional evaluation before selecting a Reset Experience or enrolling in a program. During this appointment we assess: • scalp condition • strand structure • density and porosity • lifestyle factors influencing hair performance Clients receive personalized recommendations for the most appropriate Reset Experience or program. The consultation investment is applied toward any Reset Experience or program booked within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits Deposit is non-refundable but transferable one time within 30 days. Cancellations Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit deposit. Rescheduling If your appt is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancelling, your deposit will not be transferrable or refunded. Appointments maybe rescheduled All therapies and schedules are customized; consistency ensures results. By signing our terms and agreement, you agree to proceed with the selected program and payment terms.
