Deposits Deposit is non-refundable but transferable one time within 30 days. Cancellations Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit deposit. Rescheduling If your appt is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancelling, your deposit will not be transferrable or refunded.
